Race Tip

BRIDAL KNOT ran with promise over course and distance last month and is a half-sister to high-class chaser Mite Bite and smart Beat That. Bought for E90,000 last February from Nicky Henderson's yard, she was well held by an easy winner in May and while vulnerable to smart types, today's race is winnable and she might improve from that recent run. Fortunate Lady, a half-sister to two winners, is out of a bumper winner and with an in-demand jockey booked, could run well. Thanksathousand showed some ability on debut at Limerick but needs to improve, while Brianna Lily ran in a hood on debut in a better race and while she dropped out at halfway, did finish reasonably well. Balum also stayed on well enough when fourth on Downpatrick debut. Nano'shomeannelise's older brother was a winning staying chaser.
