Race Tip

VARIO has a mark of 88 after her three runs and should be up to landing this if getting anywhere near that rating. The Kingman filly was an eye-catching fourth in Listed company as a juvenile but has been a beaten favourite on both outings so far this term. On her most recent outing at Naas she over-raced early on but still looked to be coming to win her race over a furlong from home. Her early exertions told late on as she weakened and it's no surprise to see a hood on now. She clearly has ability but just needs to keep a lid on things a bit. Climate stayed on to take the runner-up spot ahead of the selection last time at Naas and is an obvious danger. Haziya has been knocking on the door but looks to have a bit to find off her mark of 75. Adelisa is another that has to come into the mix. She has competed in the 'Racing League' on her last couple of outings and hasn't been beaten far. The betting market will prove the best guide to the chances of Ballydoyle newcomer Awhile.
